Largest loan the program writes as a percentage of appraised value. Most cap at 75% on 1-unit cash-out; a couple push 80% with 1.0+ DSCR.
Mid-score floor. A 700 mid is the broad sweet spot across all ten programs; 640 limits you to two or three.
Smallest and largest loan the program will write in one transaction. Matters if you're under $100K (few will write it) or over $3M (only the institutional shops).
